Here are the links with short descriptions about the resources, they are super fun and user friendly to play around with, there is so much on the internet!! I have played around with most of these. Hopefully, these will make your life easier and provide new ways to switch it up or give your students access to different ways to present their information!

This is a website where students can make their own video games! How cool is that?!


This is like Choose Your Own Adventure, so it is heavily comprehension and reading based


Voicethread is an interactive collaboration and sharing tool that enables users to add images, documents, and videos, and to which other users can add voice, text, audio file, or video comments. You can post your VoiceThread on your website or save it to an MP3 or DVD.


Glogster is a Web 2.0 tool that allows users to create virtual posters combining text, audio, video, images, and hyperlinks and to share them with others electronically.


Smore is a site that allows you to create high quality posters and flyers. It is easy to sign up for – either a Facebook account or Gmail account will work. Once in, the interface is appealing and simple. Choose a basic layout then arrange elements within your visual. Smore allows you to change backgrounds, designs, colors, and fonts. You can also upload images. On top of all that, you can embed media like YouTube videos, calendars, and text boxes.


StoryCorps is an American non-profit organization whose mission is to record, preserve, and share the stories of Americans from all backgrounds and beliefs.


Blendspace is harder to explain but it’s a planning tool for teachers, play around if you get some time!


I haven’t explored this tool as much but it’s for story telling and I can only imagine the possibilities for teaching!
